Molly Batchelor

I'm committed to expanding my skills in event management and championing daring ideas. My overarching goal is to ignite collective action, fostering a robust and sustainable voice for artists in the broader Australian art community. I find deep satisfaction in crafting innovative solutions and long-term plans to enhance efficiency. The natural pull toward leadership roles propels me to drive positive change in any space. I find joy in collaborative team efforts while thriving most when self-directed, shaping my own workflows.​  

 

After three rewarding years in a full-time role, I'm heading back to university. This decision follows a period of accelerated professional and personal growth, thanks to exclusive development opportunities and the chance to tackle challenges head-on. I prioritized inclusive leadership with a strong focus on people development, skills which I'll be taking with me into a Master's of Curation and Cultural Leadership at UNSW in 2024. I live on the land of the Eora Nation, whose people have always occupied Sydney's coast.
